How to Uninstall


Downloading the software is managed by a custom download manager.
The Download Manager can be installed on all computers that are running Windows 7/8/10, Vista, XP & Mac OS and it is compatible with all versions of Chrome and Firefox.
During the installation process, the Download Manager will offer additional software that might be of interest to you and that you can uninstall when you want.
It's possible to decide whether or not to install any software offered simply accepting or rejecting the offer itself during the installation process.

Windows 10

In the desktop right click anywhere around the applications, so a bar will appear on the right side of the screen.
Click on the "All Programs" in the bar that is open.
Search the program you want to uninstall and right-click.
Will appear a second bar, then click on the item Uninstall.
Confirm and continue with the uninstall.

Windows 8

In the desktop right click anywhere around the applications, so a bar will appear on the right side of the screen.
Click on the "All Programs" in the bar that is open.
Search the program you want to uninstall and right-click.
Will appear a second bar, then click on the item Uninstall.
Confirm and continue with the uninstall.

Windows 7 / Windows Vista

Open the Start menu, select Control Panel.
Click under "Programs" then click on "Programs and Features"
Select the software you want to uninstall and click the Change button or Change / Remove.
Follow the steps to complete the installation.

Windows XP

Go to the start menu, select Control Panel.
Double-click the icon Remove Programs.
Select the program you want to uninstall and click the Change button or Change / Remove.
Follow the steps to complete the installation.

Windows 95, 98, Me, NT, 2000

Go to the start menu, select Settings and Control Panel immediately.
Double-click the icon Remove Programs.
Select the program you want to uninstall and click the Change button or Change / Remove.
Follow the steps to complete the installation.

Mac Os

Go to the “Applications” in the sidebar.
Control-clicking or right-clicking the application’s icon.
Selecting "Move to Trash".
You can also drag-and-drop an application’s icon to the trash can icon on your dock.


How to Uninstall Toolbar plugin and browsers?


If you want to uninstall a toolbar or a Plugin from any browser, just follow these simple steps, depending on your browser.

Internet Explorer

Go to the toolbar and select Internet Options.
Under the Programs tab, Click Manage Add-ons.
Select the add-in that you want to disable and click Disable in the bottom of the screen.
Click OK.
To delete the program, follow the steps for the elimination of the program from the computer.

Firefox

Go to the Tools menu.
Select the voice components.
Select the component you want to disable.
Click the button Disable or Uninstall.

Chrome

Go to the Tools menu
Select Extensions
Select the component that you want to disable and click Uninstall.
